Environmental Policy

Kales Airline Services recognizes that preservation of the environment:, in which we live and work, is an essential part of our business. Kales Airline Services sees an increasing focus on environmental issues as complementary to its growth strategy and an area of competitive advantage for Kales Group. Through establishment of and compliance with environmental regulations, we can all contribute to the successful development of Kales Airline Services and to creating communities in which we are proud to work.

Environmental protection is the responsibility of every employee in Kales Airline Services. The management of  ­Kales Group charges all managers, supervisors and staff members with responsibility to take advantage of the resources available within the Kales Group organisation.

At Kales Airline Services, it is our goal to:

1. Comply with all environmental rules and regulations wherever have an office registered
   
2. Promote resource conservation by eliminating or minimizing the generation of waste and by re-using or recycling wastes that cannot be eliminated or minimized
   
3. Responsibly manage wastes at all times. When waste disposal is required, we will seek to use disposal methods that are safe and responsible
   
4. Suppliers and partners - to work with our suppliers to understand and progressively minimise the environmental impact of the products and services we purchase from them
   
5. Continually review our environmental performance and determine ways to improve on future enviromnental performance
   
6. Respond promptly to public and governmental inquiries about environmental concerns
   
7. Increase employee awareness of environmental responsibility through training and communications
   
8. Provide adequate financial and human resources to archive our environmental goals
